Matthew has worked in recruitment for 25 years and, after moving into education recruitment, has worked for some of the largest agencies in the UK.
As a parent himself, Matthew takes education recruitment very seriously. He knows that all schools want to find talented teachers who are right for them, so his starting point is to gain an in-depth understanding of each client school. He says the secret of being a great recruiter is understanding what that school needs, and being able to think creatively about how to find those people. His approach is the same for candidates in that he sees it as our job to help them find the perfect role to match their skills, experience and ability.
