When Andrew founded PPR in December 2016, he had a unique offering in mind. He wanted to use his experience of public sector recruitment to build a business which would supply local authorities, private institutions and schools with qualified social workers and education professionals, and support his commitment to areas facing particular socioeconomic challenges.
In February 2020, Andrew was asked to join the board of Pertemps Network Ventures where he is a group board director and board representative for health and social care and education. He has also taken on a mentoring role, working with executives new to the Group and providing them with objective and practical guidance.
Andrew is an active member of The Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo). As a recruitment professional with high industry standards and strong ethics, he is delighted to add his experience, authority and drive to promote values-driven recruitment and underline the principles which affect every day practice.
Andrew manages his team with finesse, authority and a warm sense of humour. He’s a key influencer with a proven track record for quality and success. He prides himself on his strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate well with stakeholders and inspire and guide people at all levels within the business.
Andrew’s leadership skills have been recognised by his peers. In 2021 he won “Recruitment Leader of the Year” by Recruiter, and is a finalist in 2023’s TIARA Recruitment Awards.
